A Fresh Start

I love Stampin’ Up! I love being a demonstrator for this company. I love that I have the flexibility to shift how I run my business so that it works for me at every stage of my life.

I’ve been a demonstrator for 17+ years now, and a few years ago I needed to scale back for a while. Thanks to that flexibility, I was able to do that, but still maintain my active status as a demonstrator with the help of a few wonderful ladies who placed occasional orders. Now I’m ready to jump back in and start stepping things up again. I’ve already held my first ‘back in business’ class and am getting ready for the next one in a few weeks. I’m so excited to be back in the swing of things. Stampin’ Up!’s latest catalog is amazing… I can’t wait to share some fun creations!

While I was on hiatus I purged much of my crafting supplies and remodeled my craft room/office. My remodeled craft room has a coastal feel to it and it’s a joy to come in and work or play in it. You know how much lighter you feel when you get a hair cut? That’s how I felt after purging!  Once I went through the stamp sets that I kept, I found that I had just 10 current sets, and that was after I’d ordered a few new ones! But I’m already adding new Stampin’ Up! products and am having a blast creating with them.

My husband and I also did some traveling, both long distance and closer to home where I worked on improving my photography skills. I’m still an amateur, but have learned a lot (and had a lot of fun). Here are a few of my favorite pictures…

If you visited my old blog site in the past, I apologize… all that content is gone. And if you had it bookmarked, please make sure to update your bookmark. Whether you’re new to the site or not I encourage you to follow my site to get email notifications when a new post is published.

Either way – welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and hope you’ll stick around.
