I was just playing around with some ideas for gift packaging this evening and threw together a cookie pouch using something old and something new. The old is last year’s Season of Cheer Designer paper and the Lots of Labels Framelits. The new is the Merry Little Labels stamp set and the single pine tree die from the Card Front Builder Thinlits from this year’s Holiday catalog.
This was one of my favorite patterns from Season of Cheer – I love the colors and the rustic honeycomb pattern. I couldn’t believe I had enough of it left to make this!
The finished size of the cookie pouch is 4 1/2″ x 4″ so that it will hold one of the adorable frosted mitten cookies from Panera. I used the envelope punch board to make it, cutting the DSP to 7 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ and scoring at 3 1/2″.
Everything except for the Season of Cheer DSP can be purchased from my online store.Supplies
